Oxfordshire’s largest business showcase attracting huge support and interest from the local business community

The In Oxford Group will hold Business In Oxford 2017 (BIO2017), a networking and showcase event on Thursday 11th May 2017 from 08:15 – 17:30 for local public and private sector organisations. The event, which will be held at The King’s Centre, Oxford, will showcase keynote speakers, seminars and provide networking and exhibiting opportunities for local businesses.

Designed to Engage, Inform and Inspire Oxfordshire businesses, BIO was launched in 2014, sparking innovation and collaboration. Now, BIO is the biggest business-to-business networking and showcase event in the county, bringing together Oxfordshire’s most influential decision makers, leading business owners, senior managers, employees and entrepreneurs.

BIO’s fourth annual showcase will present up to 70 exhibition stands in the 30,000sq ft. venue, creating the perfect networking opportunity. Key partners include Google Digital Garage, University of Oxford, Barclays, Oxford City Council, Oxfordshire LEP, EY and more!

Respected keynote speakers from the county’s most innovative brands will inspire and share their business knowledge and the conference will host over 25 cutting-edge seminars, presentations and roundtable sessions.

Some of the highlights for BIO2017 include inspirational speakers such as Hussain Manawer – Sir Bob Geldof’s rising star and astronaut-in-training; Annabel Chaffey – Team GB Bobsleigh Athlete; Alistair Fitt – Vice-Chancellor of Oxford Brookes University; Mark Beard, Executive Chairman of Beard Construction and so much more!

Leading national property company, Carter Jonas, will be running speed networking sessions to ensure optimal networking opportunities for up to 1,000 local businesses expected to attend. The event will begin with a networking breakfast and will end with an entertaining closing party featuring a special guest to celebrate the successful conference.
